Claims Philosophy

We aim to provide speedy, efficient, courteous and fair handling of claims in accordance with the demands set out by the Carriers on whose behalf we are acting. We endeavour to provide its insureds with certainty regarding the handling of their claims confirming and settling valid claims in an efficient manner, within agreed services levels. In this regard we encourage a policy of proactive claims management; maintaining appropriate systems and processes to actively manage claims to a conclusion.

 

Yachtsure24

For our Yachtsure24 policy holders all claims should be reported to our dedicated Yachtsure24 emergency response, help and claims line, which is available 24/7 and gives you direct access to a Master Mariner for accident response, advice and technical support services as well as non-claims related issues.
