Millstream Service Update – 14/08/2020


Whilst the Millstream team continue to work extremely productively at home, our emergency assistance, claims, medical screening and customer service teams are working to socially distanced office working with some staff working remotely. 

We are extremely proud to report that we are meeting all service levels with all our teams.

Here is a summary of the current position

  • Our Emergency Assistance providers are fully operational and service levels are being fully maintained
  • Whilst Claims and customer service calls have ramped up depending on the FCO changing advice, we are able to manage and maintain all our customer service levels.

We work closely with all of our partners and will continue to keep you informed should this situation change.
